Shengli Technologies Co.,Ltd.,formerly known as Shengli Financial Software Development (Hangzhou)Co.,Ltd.,was established in March 2005 and located in Binjiang District,Hangzhou City.It is a gloal leading FinTech company based in China.The company is committed to providing financial institutions with better trading solutions and services with leading technologies. The company completed the series A round of financing of 50 million yuan in August 2018, was rated as a "National High-tech Enterprise"in the same year,and was rated as a "Gazelle Enterprise"in 2019. In July 2020,the series B+round of financing led by Sequoia Capital China Fund was completed.In December 2020,the share reform was completed,and Shengli Technologies Co.,Ltd.was officially launched as the new company name.The series C round of 100 million yuan financing was completed in June 2022.This round of financing is mainly made by Guotai Junan Securities,Industrial Securities,Caitong Securities,Debon Securities and other securities companies for strategic investment. In the same year, Shengli Technologies was selected as a member of the "Securities Fund Industry Information Technology Application Innovation Alliance", and was certified as a "Specialized and New" enterprise in Zhejiang Province in 2022. In the future, Shengli Technologies will further improve products competitiveness in the securities industry, increase market share, and develop more strategic customers. Shengli Technologies focuses on the research and development of fast trading systems, market data systems and quantitative trading platforms for securities, futures and spot markets, and has a complete ecosystem based on FPGA technology for the front, middle and back offices. After more than 10 years of investment in technology and research, Shengli Technologies has created a series of low-latency solutions centered on FPGA technology, achieved insurmountable product technology advantages, and laid a solid foundation for the continuous expansion of new technologies and new businesses.
