In 2020, Shengli launched program-RG (Risk Control Guard). According to regulatory and business requirements, Shengli conducted in-depth research at the underlying hardware and application software levels, and completed the core IP- CLT(CrossLink TOE)- within 3 years. During this period, Shengli completed research and development, testing, and trial operation, and obtained relevant patents. At the same time, according to the characteristics and requirements of China's securities market, the RG series based on CLT core technology were successfully launched. This solution realizes data processing and risk control at the TCP link layer. Its non-intrusive deployment characteristics do not affect the normal operation of the original network connection and greatly improve the security and stability of the financial transaction system. Meanwhile, the RG series can help traders and brokers avoid warnings and penalties from regulators due to trading abnormalities. Traders can enjoy a speed experience with almost "0" delay .The RG serie perfectly solve many industry pain points in existing products, such as the lack of a unified control center, risk control loopholes, implementation complexity, and high delay.
The two products in the RG Risk Control Guard series are Shengli Firewall (SFW) and Shengli Unified Risk Management System (SURM). SFW provides unified trading seat monitoring and kill-switch operations for risk control departments and maintenance departments; SURM meets the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Exchange, and monitor or block market transaction abnormalities and violations.
Shengli RiskGuard is a low-latency, truly pre-trade, and non-intrusive unified risk control monitoring system. Its core IP is CLT (CrossLink TOE) solution. CLT technology can realize data extraction, processing, interception, and sending rejection orders at the TCP link layer. The application layer of the TCP link throughout the process is completely insensitive; applied to the unified risk control system, real-time pre-emptive risk control can be completed without any changes in the connection between the securities counter and the trading gateway.

CTL IP achieves line-speed processing of 10G bandwidth in data processing, and can be subsequently upgraded to 25G bandwidth. This IP will not affect the network bandwidth of the original link at all.

Different from traditional TOE technology, it has a large number of interactions and network configuration parameters; CLT technology adopts a basic "0" interaction and few parameters, and the entire process can achieve "0" maintenance.
